owen“At this point, I have stopped (selling plans), I can not get the work done I have now until I get staff up to speed to do plans. Probably 50 more as soon as I can process the work I have in front of me. Clients calling wanting it, I can’t get it all done. Just finished one for tomorrow at 10:00 am delivery, and I get in at 10:00 after morning workout. This stuff best not screw up my gym time! Not sure how I am going to get it printed in time. Bad news, I am having to fire 10% of my clients because I can not get work done. Staff struggling with getting new systems in place, new stuff to learn, etc, etc, etc. Kinda stressful in my place right now. My girls are getting sick of “lunch and Learn”. Good problem to have, but it is a dead run in my office. It is that or hire more staff, and with 10 of them, I have enough, so I am cutting all but the best clients loose. PS – before all this mess in Washington, and me offering this service, I made sure clients always said “he’s good, but expensive”, now they are saying “he is AMAZING, but WOW is he expensive”. That is where I want to be in the market place.” (he’s sold 10 plans since leaving the academy 3 weeks ago for $37,000 in tax planning fees alone – he’s also increased his tax work and write up revenue but I stopped counting)
